General Maintenance

Our in-house maintenance team ensures that properties are ready for guests, responding to all issues raised and doing regular inspections. Some general maintenance issues include A/C fixes, water heater replacements, painting touch-ups, light bulb changes, leak fixes, and more.

Refilling of Essentials

We provide and refill (at every check-in) all guest amenities, such as towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, water, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, and more.

General and Deep Cleaning

We provide general cleanings and deep cleanings of properties with the help of our fully trained and licensed cleaning team. The team also provides extra cleaning services for guests, if required.

Listing Management

HAUS MGMT listing team creates, lists, and updates your property listing on various platforms where we advertise. This includes taking and editing top-quality photos and creating property-specific descriptions to make your home stand out among the rest. Once everything is live, the team continues to monitor all platforms and make updates when necessary.

Photography and Editing

Our in-house photographers take beautiful photos of the property, including all views and building amenities. The photos are edited for the best flow, emphasizing the most important features of the property.

Property Descriptions

The listings team writes catchy and unique Airbnb property descriptions, along with any area-specific references. Then the team lists the property on the multiple advertising channels, editing them to suit the channel used.

Updating Listings

The listings team continuously checks properties and the channels to ensure information is correct throughout. They also update listings if required, in the event of pool closures, works in buildings, or property upgrades, as an example. This ensures guests are aware of any new information. The team is also responsible for responding to guest reviews.

Pricing Your Listing

Pricing is one of the most important aspects of property management. We use a combination of algorithms and manual changes to ensure your property is always well priced. Seasonality, supply, holidays, world events—all these things play an important role in the price per night. Our in-house pricing specialist looks at this daily and updates prices when needed.

Guest Support Team

The Guest Support Team deals with all guest-related matters, from the initial inquiry to the physical check-in, as well as support throughout the stay. The team is 24/7 and speaks multiple languages, ensuring the absolute best support for our guests.

Admin Support Team

The Admin Support Team handles all the Airbnb requirements and government compliance and the back end of the business, including building access, permits, DET check-ins and check-outs, security deposits, platform issues, etc.

Client Support Team

The Client Support Team handles all host-related matters. Whether it’s helping with an owner stay or explaining a monthly statement, the team is available to answer any questions. This team is also responsible for renewing permits and ensuring our KYC is up-to-date.

Revenue Support Team

The Revenue Support Team is involved in the revenue management of the property, which means ensuring the pricing is correct throughout the year and our owners make the most money. The team amends pricing based on demand and supply, using a combination of algorithms and manual adjustments. We also price differently depending on the channel used (ex. Airbnb versus Booking.com).
